Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

Refund Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used pet products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
